Location Location Location. If you want middle island of Sanibel, this is a place worthy of consideration. Quiet and calm, close to beaches and Ding Darling, easy to bike to everything. The place itself was wonderful, full of comfort and fully stocked. Pristine in neatness. The pool was a comfortable plus and a place we went to in the middle of each day to cool day and get out of the heat.

We came for a weekend getaway with our friends to escape the winter for a while. We had a great time at this apartment. It is newly renovated and immaculate. They have everything at this place you could need for a vacation with family or friends. The beach is walkable from the apartment and the restaurants in the area are great. Thanks for having us!

Place was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Beach toys for the kids, chairs and wagon and cooler for the adults. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need.

What a find! This place looks brand new and they thought of EVERYTHING to include. Extra blankets, beach chairs, pool noodles, shell buckets, pans, glasses, etc etc. The place was very clean and felt quiet and private. Not a great beach view but for the price you can’t complain. The beach access is great, no complaints. Pool was awesome and very warm, even in February. We found some extra pillows but no cases… the rental company made a special trip on Sunday to deliver to us. What service!! Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again for sure!

Our stay at the Seahorse Ranch condo on Sanibel Island was fabulous! It was CLEAN, comfortable, and very convenient for the beach! It was quiet and had everything we needed, not only in the kitchen but also for the beach. Thank you for an awesome stay & we hope to be back at Seahorse Ranch again soon!!

I visited Seahorse Ranch in April 2025. Everything was looking so nice as the rebuild from the hurricane was under way. The tennis/pickleball courts were amazing. I stayed in Unit 43 for a week helping the owner stock and furnish the condo for future guests. I was very comfortable during my stay and thought the unit was beautifully decorated. I had everything I needed (and more) to enjoy my stay inside Seahorse Ranch. I look forward to visiting again later this summer.

The condo was perfect for our Valentine's weekend getaway! The neighborhood was quiet, and there was easy access to the beach right across the street. We especially enjoyed the pickleball courts located on the property. The unit was very clean and had everything needed for a great beach vacation.

This unit was very clean and freshly updated. Anything you could need was there. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. We recommend renting bikes to explore. The pickleball courts are in great condition.

The owner of Seahorse Ranch is meticulous about delivering a fun and enjoyable setting for guests while staying at Seahorse Ranch. The owner vacationed in Sanibel often and has an eye for details that others often miss. This is the only place I would stay in Sanibel.
